Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expansion of our customer base, focusing on the sales of [Nearshore] Salesforce Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create annual, quarterly, and rolling 4-week Sales Plans.
  • Create a sales pipeline through self-origination focused on new business (logos).
  • Seek new sales opportunities through cold emailing, cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their ambitions and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for additional business at existing accounts.
  • Create and conduct presentations showcasing the benefits of our (Nearshore) Salesforce Professional Services.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes according to the Sales Plan.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote our brand and services.
  • Report weekly the status of the sales activities executed the previous week and the focus activities for the next week.


  • Self-starter, able to thrive in a Startup/Scaleup environment.
  • Proven experience in selling Salesforce Professional Services
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce portfolio and the ability to communicate its value to clients.
  • Excellent Dutch & English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Ability to create and present business value-led pitches and optimally negotiate terms aligned with the revenue and profitability targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
